A lot about djT in last weeks’ comments.
Recently came across an ABC Australia documentary, has a [former] Hungarian [“uborka”] connection…, and might be interesting to some of you:

[8:30, former chief of staff at the Department of Homeland Security under djT]: “… the Oval Office was like a crowded New York Bagel Shop it was people coming in and out and him [djT] barking orders… building a 2,000 mile moat on the border… fill it up with snakes and alligators… to stop the flow of migrants…
He’s a f***ing idiot he’s just a f***ing idiot…!”

[11:30, uborka] “the people choose the commander-in-chief what he says is the order of that Administration…”

Is there any difference with the old German “Befehl ist Befehl”?

That really doesn’t sound very reassuring for the people on the ground.

The exploding Hizbullah pagers were manufactured by a Hungarian company registered to a district 14 building.

The manager of the company is Cristiana Rosaria Bársony-Arcidiacono“.

“Reached by phone on Wednesday, BAC Consulting chief executive Cristiana Bársony-Arcidiacono confirmed that her company worked with Gold Apollo. But when asked about the pagers and the explosions, she said, “I don’t make the pagers. I am just the intermediate. I think you got it wrong.””

Yes assuming there is some linkage between BAC and a Mossad operation it’s clear so far the the Israelis have done an excellent job covering all this up.

Of course the entire BAC issue makes Orban’s attempt to establish on going links with Turkey more complicated.

Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, stated pager explosions in Lebanon are part of “Israel’s” wider regional strategy and mark a deliberate escalation of the situation.

Fidan previously led Turkiye’s intelligence agency, and he pointed out that “Israel’s” access to both technical and human intelligence on Hezbollah has played a significant role in the current situation in Lebanon. I have no doubt that Turkiye’s intelligence agencies are looking at the BAC operation as possibly linking up with Orban’s government.

Orban is a double dealer to say the least. But does Hungary now become seen an active collaborator with Israel’s operations in the Middle East and fair game for attacks?

If the Turks can find the connection, attacks probably won’t be on the agenda (at least by Turkey) but Iran-backed operatives could be more inclined to act for vindiction. Of course, honor and face-keeping still counts most in Muslim foreign politics, so if the proper settlement with blood money can be reached, Orbán’s behind should be safe enough.

I would expect cooling relations between Hungary and the Turkic “commonwealth” as well as a demand for diplomatic acts of penance – if the alledged connection can’t be ruled out.

The rate at which Erdogan forces political opponents to “leave Turkey, or else”, is rather steady. 80- to 100.000 Turks per year, seek political/humanitarian asylum in the EU.
As with Russians, once they are out, their voices won’t be heard at home unless they commit the capital crime of returning to home, in which case they are soon silenced forever.

Calling on Zoltán Kovács (aka “the Black Hole”) for dealing with communication about a possible Hungarian role in the pager-mystery, is an interesting signal – Like Peskov answering accusations of Russian covert activities – Hint!

By any means, pissing off Hizbollah and embarrassing the Iranians again, would serve Russian interests very perfectly, at this time.

Fully agree!!
And I remembered that Hungarian “Intelligence” had some coordination with Israelian [former?] intelligence in recent times; I mean the Pegasus-case and 2018 Black Cube case [“Migration Aid”]!

According to New York Times (paywall) there are direct relations between the Hungarian company in question and Israeli covert (commercial) operatives, as well as in Bulgaria.

The world of internet media is probably the greatest advantage and commercial success ever handed to the totalitarian far right, in our time.
Had he been alive, Sakharov probably would have seen that a long time before the present scenario became the new norm.

Hardly surprising, if you ask me.
But the current speculation about Hungarian involvement in the Israel-Hizbollah conflict sheds a different light on the nature of Hungary’s role in activities that support Russian geopolitical interests.
Perhaps Orbán burns his double-dealing EU hands on this – time will tell. It will be difficult to explain away and it will leave more big stains on his credibility in the EU.

Since there’s not much going on here I’ve been reading other sources like Telex, Vsquare etc and also some Fidesz lies and propaganda, where Szijarto is regularly mentioned.
And I found a rule:
Whenever Fideszniks like Szijarto declare “this is in the interest of peace” what they really mean is:
This is in the interest of Putin!
And the often mentioned resistance of Western Europe against the Balkan countries like Serbia joining the EU should be obvious:
One Putin-friend and veto spiller like Hungary is enough!

Yes, that’s the one.
Of course the characters are too knowledgeable for Fidesz antics, but the hidden criminals in the plot have with them a culture from home, by which they feel compelled to kill for keeping up appearences and avoid exposure – or so they think – because the truth will always be known.

At least, the Hungarian government shows unprecedented consistency.
One thing the EU can be assured of, is that it will drive against European traffic and find small back-roads of it’s own.
